Our stay at the hotel was an enjoyable experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and conveniently located near the lifts, making it easy for my mom with COPD. However, the room size was a bit compact, and the bathroom was missing as described.
The hotel offers a mix of spacious and well-thought-out rooms alongside smaller options with limited relaxation areas. The friendly and helpful staff enhance the stay, although some areas could be more welcoming. The location is convenient for exploring Es Canar, with fantastic dining options available at excellent value. However, improvements could be made in certain aspects such as room size and friendliness of some staff members.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, facing the pool which was quieter and had a high-pressure rain shower. The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to bars and shops, with a great pool bar and comfy sunbeds. The dining experience was superb, especially the breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.
